Panama Travel Agency, in good faith, is acting only as an intermediary between providers and traveler(s) for purchases of travel-related services and products that are not directly supplied by Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees such as (but not limited to) air and ground transportation, hotel/resort accommodations with or without meals or other inclusions, tours, cruises, vacation packages, travel insurance, travel-related products, etc.
Deposits: All bookings must be paid in full at time of confirmation.
Reporting of Incidents: Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance. If Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees is not able (i.e. offices closed) to assist during the event, Traveler should notify Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees of the event, in writing, within 24 hours.
Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing not more than 10 days after completion of travel arrangements.Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees will endeavor to assist Travelers with obtaining refunds from suppliers for valid claims, however, Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees is not responsible for refunds of any money due traveler(s) by any travel supplier(s) as all monies are prepaid to suppliers for services requested. Any refunds due traveler(s) are due from suppliers and any refunds issued to traveler(s) from suppliers and received by Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees shall be forwarded to the client, less any fees or money owed to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees Refunds may take up to 90 days.
Generally, travelers can expect refunds as follows:
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to travel date: 75% refund
Cancellation 59-8 days prior to travel date: 50% refund
Cancellation 7 or less days prior to travel date: NO REFUND
The follow are NOT refundable:
(1) Airline Tickets, (2) Tours, hotels or other services booked the day of use (3)Commissions and fees due Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees
Check In / Check Out Times: These vary according to operator. Generally your accommodation check-in is 3pm and check out 10am. Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorization on check-in and may need to see photo identification. In the instance that you don’t have a credit card usually a cash bond will be required.
Flights: Airfares shown instant availability and fares at time of quoting however, we will not proceed with booking flights until your accommodation is confirmed. This is to avoid strict fees charged by airlines for flight amendments. This may result in fare and or availability changes.
Airline Check in: It is recommended to check in for international flights 2-3 hours before departure time and 1-2 hours for domestic flights.
Travel Insurance: It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s).Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees is not responsible for loss or damage as a result of the travelers inability to complete all or part of their purchased itinerary.
Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees shall be held harmless and not responsible for any errors and/or omissions in information provided to us by clients. It is the sole responsibility of the client(s) to provide all information pertinent to their travel arrangements.
Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees researches a variety of suppliers and their products for each trip request, selecting for recommendation those suppliers who offer the best price and/or value, and which fulfill the client’s request per the information provided to our agency by the client. We attempt to recommend well-known and reputable suppliers, but we have no control over any supplier and do not participate in running their businesses, their policies and procedures, or their terms and conditions.
WhilePanama Travel Agency and / or Assignees agents recommend travel suppliers and services to clients, it is client’s responsibility to choose which travel suppliers to make reservations with. Therefore, Travelers shall hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees harmless and not responsible for any costs and/or inconveniences that may arise in the event the chosen travel supplier and/or their products and/or services do not match the Traveler’s personal preferences.
Travelers shall hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees harmless and not hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees responsible for any omissions, errors, or acts (known or unknown) committed by any travel supplier, their sub-suppliers, or employees. This includes (but is not limited to) any Internet supplier, consolidator, hotel/resort, car rental agency, airline, rail pass supplier, motorcoach company, cruise line, tour operator, or vacation packager.
Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees does not warrant or guarantee the services, quality, or products of any travel supplier, their sub-suppliers or employees or their quality of service, products, rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or safe handling of traveler(s)’ personal belongings, or their safety/security procedures for traveler(s). Traveler(s) shall hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees harmless and not responsible for supplier failure to comply with any/all domestic and/or international laws, breach of contract, failure to provide paid-for reservations, intentional or unintentional acts or omissions that result in (but are not limited to) loss/damage/delay/inconvenience/injury to traveler(s). Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees shall be held harmless and not responsible for the insolvency, receivership, bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar condition (known or unknown) of any travel supplier.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and holding safe all supplier documents/travel documents/ money/travelers checks/credit cards before/during travel, contacting health professionals regarding inoculation and vaccine requirements, obtaining the necessary inoculations and vaccines. Traveler(s) willingly and voluntarily release Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees from the responsibility of checking and verifying existing flight schedules, all passport/visa/vaccination and/or other entry requirements for each destination or stop-over destination en route. Traveler(s) shall hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees harmless and not responsible for anything out of our control before/ during/ after travel that causes traveler inconveniences, pain or suffering such as (but not limited to) expected/known or unexpected/unknown trip interruptions/ delays, documents lost in transit from supplier to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees or to client from Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees, safety and security issues and conditions to/at/from destination(s), traveler(s) compliance with domestic and international laws, any and all incurred injuries, damages to personal property, inconveniences caused by (but not limited to) suppliers, civil/ social/labor unrest and/or disputes, climatic weather conditions, acts of god, terrorist activities, condition of supplier equipment, construction failures or difficulties, hotel/resort/ship/vehicle/ plane conditions, judgment errors by a supplier/sub-supplier/or any supplier employees, any and all conditions/circumstances that do not allow travel to take place, abnormal conditions or developments, any risks or conditions (known or unknown) taking place before/during/after travel or any other actions, omissions, or conditions.
Traveler(s) shall hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees harmless and not responsible for any liabilities incurred by credit card holders from any credit card unauthorized use, fraudulent, unscrupulous acts committed by any persons resulting from the use of credit card information before, during or after travel. All money (cash or credit card charges) given to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees to make reservations is directly passed on to suppliers, except for agent commissions and fees, if applicable. Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees is not responsible for refunds of any money due traveler(s) by any travel supplier(s) or for increased charges by any supplier(s). Any refunds due traveler(s) are due from suppliers and any refunds issued to traveler(s) from suppliers and received by Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees shall be forwarded to the client, less any fees or money owed to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees See our General Terms and Conditions for more detail.
Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees’s responsibility and obligations to a client booking travel are limited to making every effort to find reasonable pricing per the client’s travel request, making approved reservations for clients — including forwarding timely payments to suppliers, informing clients of any pre-or-post departure reservation changes made known to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees by suppliers, checking travel documents before they are issued to clients, and forwarding travel documents received from suppliers to clients in a timely manner, assistance with any traveler(s) requests for additional information not outlined in these terms and conditions concerning (but not limited to) destination information, country entry requirements, supplier terms and conditions, and documents needed for travel.
Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees shall be held harmless and not responsible for any and all purchases made by visitors to the Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees Web sites, dev.panamatravelgroup.com or www.panamaturismo.com or any other affiliated websites. All purchases made through online companies/providers on the Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees Web sites are deemed to be transactions between the purchaser and supplier/provider. Purchasers are deemed by the Internet suppliers/providers as the clients of the supplier. Any disputes must be made directly to the supplier and not Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees It is the policy of Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees to only make reservations for clients who agree to and sign these terms and conditions and who, if applicable, have completed and signed a credit authorization form. Persons making online purchases may consider themselves duly informed. Booking and/or purchasing travel arrangements of any type via the Panama Travel Agency or Panama Turismo Web sites constitutes acceptance of Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer of Liability.
Materials submitted electronically or by hard copy to Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees and/or its agent(s) for use on any or all of the agency’s Web sites and/or for inclusion on any of the agency’s blogs shall become the property of Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees and will not be returned. Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees reserves the right to re-use any submitted materials in future versions of our Web site pages and/or blogs.
All submissions are voluntary, and individuals submitting materials for use on the Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees Web site and/or any and all other Web sites and/or blogs owned by Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees shall hold Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees harmless and not responsible for any and all acts, omissions, events, situations, etc. that may arise as a result of these submissions being featured on a Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees Web site and/or blog.

If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, the traveler will have the option of paying the increase or canceling the booking (fees may apply). Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.Panama Travel Agency and / or Assignees is not liable for price increases imposed by suppliers.
